Rexomi Multistream Platform

Effective Date: February 14, 2026.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of the Rexomi Multistream Platform operated by Rexomi Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered at:

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services

The Platform provides cloud-based stream routing, multistream distribution, and related infrastructure services.
Features may change at any time without notice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

- Account credentials
- Passkeys and authentication security
- All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Free Trial

A 2-hour limited trial may be provided.
Trial abuse may result in permanent restriction.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions:

- Are billed in advance
- Automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date
- May be suspended for failed payments

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers when integrated.
Rexomi does not store card numbers.

8. Content Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content streamed using the Platform.
You must have all required rights and licenses.

9. Prohibited Uses

Strictly prohibited:

- Child sexual abuse material
- Rape or sexual assault content
- Terrorism promotion or support
- Human trafficking
- Illegal gambling
- Copyright infringement
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation
- Malware distribution
- Infrastructure attacks

Accounts may be terminated immediately and reported to authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rexomi Technologies against claims arising from:

- Your content
- Your misuse
- Legal violations

12. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users must comply with all applicable laws.

Strictly prohibited content includes:

- Child exploitation
- Sexual violence content
- Terrorist propaganda
- Hate speech promoting violence
- Illegal arms trade
- Pirated broadcasts
- Unauthorized copyrighted streams
- Cryptocurrency mining abuse
- System stress testing without permission

Rexomi reserves the right to:

- Suspend accounts
- Remove streams
- Cooperate with law enforcement

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Rule
All payments are non-refundable.

2. Fraudulent Transactions
Refunds may be issued in verified cases of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions to the rightful payment instrument holder.

3. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments may be refunded after deduction of transaction processing fees.

4. Service Downtime
Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds.

5. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscription before renewal.
Access continues until billing cycle ends.

PRIVACY POLICY

Google User Data: Data Accessed

When you use "Continue with Google," Rexomi requests the scopes openid, email, and profile.

From Google, Rexomi may access:

- Your email address
- Email verification status
- Your profile name (display name)

Rexomi does not request Gmail content, Google Drive files, YouTube channel management scopes, or Google Contacts.

Google User Data: Data Usage

Rexomi uses Google user data only to:

- Create or sign you into your Rexomi account
- Prevent duplicate account creation
- Display your account identity in the Rexomi interface
- Maintain authentication and account security

Rexomi does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

Data Storage and Security

Rexomi stores account data in secure backend infrastructure with access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS).

Rexomi stores account records such as:

- Email address
- Account role and profile display name
- Account creation and verification status

Google OAuth tokens used during sign-in are processed for verification and are not used for unrelated processing. Rexomi uses application session expiration controls and server-side security controls to reduce unauthorized access risks.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Rexomi may share limited data only with infrastructure and service providers required to operate the platform (for example hosting, security, and transactional email delivery), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Rexomi does not sell personal data and does not share Google user data with data brokers.

Retention and Deletion

Rexomi retains personal data only as long as needed for account operation, legal compliance, and security.

Security/authentication logs are retained for a limited period.

You may request account and personal data deletion through the website's live support chat.

User Rights and Contact

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

COOKIE POLICY

Rexomi uses cookies and similar technologies for:

- Session authentication
- Security and fraud detection
- Load balancing
- Performance monitoring

- Chat support

By using the Platform, you consent to cookie usage.
Users may disable cookies in their browser, but functionality may be affected.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Rexomi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

You may not:

- Reverse engineer
- Resell without authorization
- Replicate infrastructure
- Modify backend systems
- Attempt to access restricted components

All intellectual property remains owned by Rexomi Technologies.
License terminates upon account termination.

DISCLAIMER

Rexomi Multistream Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all streaming platforms

We are not responsible for:

- Content legality
- Third-party platform actions
- Account bans on external platforms
- Revenue losses

Use the Platform at your own risk.

RESELLER & ENTERPRISE ADDENDUM

1. Resellers
Authorized resellers may:

- Resell access under written approval
- Not misrepresent ownership
- Not modify branding without consent

Resellers are responsible for their customers’ compliance.

2. Enterprise Clients
Enterprise agreements may override standard Terms where explicitly stated in a signed contract.

3. Liability
Resellers indemnify Rexomi against claims arising from downstream users.
